Residence Villa Olivia is a complex of independent villas, immersed in a characteristic natural landscape among olive trees.
All accommodations are equipped with every type of comfort and guests can enjoy the splendid swimming pool with hydromassage tub, deckchairs and umbrellas.

WHERE WE ARE
Residence ViIlla Olivia is located in a privileged position just 10 minutes by car from the nearest beach in Sperlonga. This location allows you to enjoy quick and convenient access to the coast and spend pleasant days at the seaside without having to travel long distances. Sperlonga is renowned for its beautiful beaches, crystal clear waters and breathtaking coastal scenery, so you'll be lucky to be able to easily reach this place of relaxation and recreation.

Characteristics of the apartments
Moon House
Luna can accommodate a maximum of 7 people.
Suitable for large families, it is equipped with a non-modifiable double bedroom and another bedroom that can be made up of a double bed plus a single bed or 3/4 single beds.
The villa has only one bathroom with two large sinks, bidet and a comfortable shower.
The washing machine is located at the back of the house.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with built-in freezer, 4 burners, oven, sink, crockery, microwave oven, various kitchen accessories and tablecloths, coffee cups, breakfast cups, glasses and wine glasses.
In the living room you will find two sofas, table, flat screen television, FirestickTV so you can watch what you want on Netflix, Disney, Prime and much more simply using your account.
Outside you will find a large patio with elegant dining table for 8 people, wooden swing, very convenient private garden if you want to bring your 4-legged friends with you and easy access to the swimming pool on the back. The barbecue with accessories included could not be missing.
(please remember that dogs can stay in the garden but will not be able to access the common areas such as the swimming pool).
Sun House
Sole can accommodate maximum of 6
people. Suitable for large families, it is equipped with a non-modifiable double bedroom and another bedroom that can be made up of a double bed plus a single bed or 3/4 single beds.

Casa Maia
Maia is the smallest of our solutions.
We recommend it mainly to couples but it is often in great demand also by families with small children.
It is equipped with a double bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom.
In the living room we have a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two small children.
the kitchen is equipped with a double stove, refrigerator with built-in freezer, microwave, various kitchen accessories, dining table, tablecloths, coffee cups, breakfast cups, glasses and wine glasses.
In the living room you will find a flat-screen TV with firestick TV to simply view Netflix, Disney, Prime and much more with your account.
Outside you can relax under the elegant patio taking advantage of the very comfortable stone benches.
The barbecue with accessories included located on the back could not be missing.
Casa Maia also offers easy access to the swimming pool through the elegant and characteristic paths.
Casa maia is also equipped with a solarium located on the roof, here you can enjoy a splendid landscape while enjoying relaxation in the spa with heated water, deckchairs and umbrella

Villa Olivia was designed to immerse yourself completely in the surrounding environment, there are rustic gardens, elegant paths that connect your villa to the pool area and along the way you will find some benches so you can relax enjoying the nature that envelops you and admiring the splendid surrounding landscape.
Pool
It is the pearl of VIlla Olivia.
We wanted a really large swimming pool compared to the maximum number of guests that the structure can contain, this to minimize the feeling of crowding, thus guaranteeing the serenity of our guests.
When you don't feel like putting up with the high temperatures of the beach, staying a day by the pool with all the comforts of a villa just a stone's throw away is a solution much appreciated by our guests.
We guarantee constant control and cleaning of the water which you will always find crystal clear and which you will be very fascinated by.
Free WiFi
We have Starlink satellite connection.
It reaches a maximum of 250\300mbq and a minimum of 40mbq, excellent for working and watching streaming films.
WiFi will be available throughout the property and for all guests who stay there.
Cleaning upon reservation
At each Check-in and Check-out the villas will be thoroughly cleaned.
It is possible to request extra cleaning and bed linen change for a fee and upon reservation.
